Az eddigi szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n a kapusok hat m\u00e1sodpercig birtokolhatt\u00e1k a j\u00e1t\u00e9kszert, ennek t\u00fall\u00e9p\u00e9se eset\u00e9n pedig az ellenf\u00e9l szabadr\u00fag\u00e1shoz jutott, azaz jelent\u0151sen megn\u0151tt az es\u00e9lye a g\u00f3lszerz\u00e9sre. A hat m\u00e1sodpercet viszont \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban nagyvonal\u00faan alkalmazt\u00e1k a b\u00edr\u00f3k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az \u00faj szab\u00e1lyt a j\u00fanius 14-\u00e9n rajtol\u00f3 klubvil\u00e1gbajnoks\u00e1gon alkalmazz\u00e1k el\u0151sz\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A labdar\u00fag\u00e1s \u201egr\u00e1l-lovagjainak\u201d is nevezett IFAB nyolc tagb\u00f3l \u00e1ll: k\u00e9pviselteti mag\u00e1t az angol, a sk\u00f3t, a walesi \u00e9s az \u00e9szak\u00edr sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g \u2013 egyfajta tisztelg\u00e9s\u00fcl a sport\u00e1g gy\u00f6kerei el\u0151tt \u2013, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 n\u00e9gy f\u0151t deleg\u00e1l a nemzetk\u00f6zi sz\u00f6vets\u00e9g, a FIFA.
