„Oroszország 71 érmet nyert a tokiói olimpián. Ezek közül 45-öt olyan sportolók, akik az orosz hadsereg központi sportklubjának is tagjai. A hadsereg, amely atrocitásokat követ el, gyilkol, erőszakol és fosztogat. Ők azok, akiket a tudatlan NOB semleges színekben akar hagyni versenyezni.”
